The power of simple Black

A bit of black ink goes a long way.

A brush is a stick with hair bound and glued to one end. Ink is just ground soot. The basics are an enormous adventure in learning how to orchestrate an image.

The basics unveil the strength in one single brushstroke and the power of try, try again. I do lots of trial and error.  I like to do technique tests so I'm ready for the moment.

I hope that sharing my art inspires others to explore and experiment with any form of expression that calls out. Art is a big journey.
